Refund & Disputes Resolution

At Greg's Smoked Cheese our goal is to provide you superior service and quality handmade products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you need to return an item due to a quality issue or damage during shipment, we need to be contacted by email within 48 hours of receipt of the product. Please provide us with such details as product description, date received, package tracking number and the nature of the quality issue or damage. We will be glad to replace or exchange the item, or refund your money. If necessary, we will arrange the return shipping at no cost to you.

Returns for any other reason will need to be returned at the expense of the customer. No refunds will be issued for shipping cost of these returned items. Items not returned in original condition or partial return may not qualify for a full refund.

If an item is returned as a result of an incorrect address provided by you, we can reship the product to the correct address at an additional cost to you. Due to the perishability of our products we are unable to repackage and ship returned items, therefore you will be responsible for the cost of the new product and we will cover the additional shipping.
