Greg's Smoked Cheese was started from the love of cheese and the love of the flavour from a smokey BBQ. Combining the 2 flavours and then spending 2 years developing our favourite herb and spice blends to add to the cheese to add an extra element to tantalize our taste buds. After sharing the cheeses with family, friends and work colleagues and their comments, we decided to share it with you.
